You will be an integral member of engagement teams, where you will lead client interviews, conduct research, analysis, and develop executive level presentations. Through these engagements, you will be exposed to various technology domains including technology strategy, IT operating model design, IT cost optimization, IT assessments, sourcing strategies, benchmarking, IT financial analysis and enterprise architecture.You will build expertise in leading edge technologies and concepts like Artificial Intelligence, DevOps, Cloud, Internet of Things, Robotic Process Automation, and Blockchain. You will support complex initiatives encompassing large scale IT transformations, design, assessments, optimization, and process improvement engagements. Additionally, opportunities will exist to improve your skillset by learning and applying various industry models and frameworks to provide consulting services to the clients.Job requirements and preferences
Required qualifications
Currently pursuing an MBA with approximately 3+ years of relevant work experience in business technology, consulting or a related field.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrate inclusivity, and embrace diverse perspectives.
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to all audiences while leveraging relevant data to generate insights and innovative solutions.
Intellectual curiosity, the ability to take initiative and drive execution, and advanced analytical and problem-solving skills within a dynamic and evolving business landscape.
Exhibits an agile and growth-oriented mindset.
Possesses strong commercial awareness and has a desire to make a positive impact on global companies as well as domestic businesses, contributing to their long-term success.
Preferred qualifications
Experience in a business technology or consulting role with exposure to IT operating model design, cost optimization assessments, sourcing strategies, benchmarking financial analysis or enterprise architecture.
Ability to understand, analyze and apply leading frameworks to solve complex client technology problems.
We offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. The salary for this job, in the US, is $175,000. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Our expectation is for most people to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.
