In this, you ensure compliance with the group's purchasing process and the consistency of reporting by both the marketing teams and the media agency in the zone.From yourEXPERTISEto oursKey responsibilities for this position include:
Participate in the acceleration of digital in the Group by identifying best practices within your scope
Assist Media Director and division marketing teams in data analysis advising on optimizations and gathering insights
Report regularly to the global media team
Ensure that campaigns are implemented in accordance with the media and buying objectives of the campaign, in alignment with the Group's media process
Ensure measurement is applied to all media campaigns in accordance with global media team process
ManageMILKsystem with guidance from media director and marketing teams. Ensuring agency partner inputs correlate to approved plan and budgets
Develop strong understanding of marketing team communication strategies, brand position, and business needs to advise media agency as needed
Partner with media director. Marketing, and omni teams to evolve media plans to match consumer demand, with key growth in commerce, digital video, programmatic, and social
Manage agency relationship and servicing with guidance from media director. Working to ensure Lactalis needs are met within the framework of the relationship and expectations of key stakeholders.
Operate as a business partner for internal divisions, guiding teams through successful media plans and executions
RequirementsFrom yourSTORYto oursQualified applicants will contribute the following:
Bachelor’s degree preferably with advertising, marketing, communications emphasis
6+ years’ work experience in media agency, corporate media/marketing, or combination
Working knowledge of FMCG category
Working knowledge of media planning and buying primarily in digital landscape
Experience leading media strategy development with $10MM budget or more
Retail Media Network experience primarily with Walmart, Amazon, and Instacart
Experience with The Trade Desk, Epsilon, or other DSPs
