This role requires strategic thinking, consultative partnership with hiring leaders, sourcing expertise, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to understand technical talent needs and define recruiting strategies Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, databases, social media, and other nontraditional channels Engage and assess candidates through screening conversations focused on technical skills and experience Provide data-driven insights and guidance, including market trends and compensation benchmarks Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from role definition and sourcing to offer negotiations Maintain accurate and timely records in the Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters), ensuring compliance and reporting integrity Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Compensation, and business stakeholders to ensure a seamless hiring experience Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey Support other Talent Acquisition initiatives and special projects as needed
