Essential Functions of this Position: - Explore and synthesize multiple sources of research and data to uncover insights, solutions and recommendations for clients across multiple types of sources including for example Numerator, MRI/Simmons and Kantar - Author compelling strategic narrative – and be prepared and comfortable defending your position - Develop a broad range of strategic planning documents based on the situation including for example:- shopper profiles - strategy dimensions deep dive - experience assessments - strategic narratives - creative briefs - engaging presentation decks - comms hierarchy - Keeping pulse on cultural/ industry / retail trends- Create trend reports and thought leadership presentations as needed - Work with cross functional teams of CST/ creative/ media etc:- Participate in brainstorm sessions, and lead briefing sessions - Inform and inspire the creative process, working closely with and earning the trust of our creative team - Liaise with senior leadership at Mosaic and senior level clients in a professional mannerAcosta, and its subsidiaries, is an Equal Opportunity EmployerPosition Type: Full timeBusiness Unit: MarketingSalary Range: $52,200.00 - $65,200.00Req ID: 731
