What You Will Do:Cloud Infrastructure & Reliability Engineering
Architect, implement, and manage highly available cloud-native services and applications with a primary focus on Microsoft Azure.
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA, FDA, and SOC2.
Automation & CI/CD Optimization
Develop, enhance, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Helm, Ansible, or similar tools.
Optimize CI/CD pipelines in GitLab and ensure seamless deployment processes with security gates and compliance checks.
Observability, Incident Management & Performance Optimization
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions (e.g., Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana) for proactive issue detection and resolution.
Perform in-depth troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and capacity planning for cloud environments.
Participate in incident response and post-mortem reviews, driving improvements in system reliability and reducing MTTR (Mean Time to Resolution).
Collaboration & Technical Leadership
Work closely with DevOps, Security, and Software Engineering teams to ensure best practices in DevSecOps and cloud governance.
Evaluate trade-offs between cost, performance, and scalability when making architectural decisions.
What You Will Need:Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Operations, focusing on Azure (preferred) or AWS.
Strong experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Helm, Ansible, or similar tools.
Deep knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native application deployment.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines in GitLab and artifact management (e.g., JFrog Artifactory).
Expertise in monitoring and logging solutions such as Datadog, Prometheus, ELK, or Azure Monitor.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with serverless architectures (Azure Functions, AWS Lambda).
Knowledge of Zero Trust security models and DevSecOps integration.
$100k - $215k salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location.
