Description Essential Responsibilities
Maintain financial records for accounts receivable, bank activities and general ledger
Preparing journal entries
Reconciling discrepancies
Supporting timely financial reporting
Assist with internal/external audit
Prepare and distribute invoices
Monitor receivables
Record payments
Send out monthly statements to the teams.
Approve payments received
Reconcile AR ledger
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or finance
At least 3 years of experience
Previous ERP experience
