Offers may vary depending on the circumstances of each case.Summary:We are seeking an experienced Sr Workday Financials and Supply Chain Analyst to work directly with business owners across multiple industries, delivering high-quality Workday Supply Chain solutions. This role will involve solving complex business issues, guiding and mentoring a team, and contributing to the success of internal initiatives. You will play a key part in optimizing client operations and ensuring the effective deployment of Workday solutions.This role involves collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business and technical disciplines and providing expertise in the development and execution of a comprehensive technical program for the Workday application.The individual who holds this position exemplifies the Rush mission, vision, and values and acts in accordance with Rush policies and procedures. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday applications support, particularly in the Workday Financials and/or Supply Chain Management domains. Expert-level understanding of Supply Chain/Financial Management. Experience working with Workday Integrations team. Expert-level knowledge of configuring Workday Security for business areas. Expert-level knowledge of writing reports for the business areas. Strong multi-tasking abilities, with the ability to handle various duties effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to going above and beyond to solve business problems. Strong analytical skills and the ability to resolve complex incidents and provide actionable best practices. Comfortable leading multiple workstreams Certifications in Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Supply Chain Management and Contracts to Cash are preferred.Additional Information: This role requires proactive problem-solving and the ability to manage competing priorities. Ideal candidate will be self-motivated and can work independently to deliver the required solutions. Provide ongoing support to resolve Workday Supply Chain and Financials issues as they arise, ensuring continuous business operations. Participate in internal training opportunities, sharing expertise and knowledge with colleagues to foster team growth. Contribute to internal initiatives that improve team performance, department efficiency, or company-wide processes. Lead FINS and/or Supply Chain workstreams, ensuring timely and accurate project completion. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create high-impact business outcomes and improve operational efficiency. Analyze new features and functionality in the semi-annual Workday releases, providing insights and recommendations. Ensure solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with business goals. Drive continual business process improvements across the organization, fostering an environment of innovation and efficiency.
