- Provides leadership and participates in implementing new requirements
- Leads the ServiceNow Support Team in implementation of good practices, policies and procedures
- Provides architectural controls and analysis of impacts for new requirements
- Contributes to governance processes
- Delivers enhancements, performs maintenance, support, and administration tasks where necessary
- Works with internal stakeholders to deliver technology solutions that improve operational efficiency with a focus on process improvement and automation
- Analyzes requirements and applies knowledge of business needs and technology capabilities to determine appropriate course of action
- Builds and supports integrations between multiple systems
- Acts as the point of contact for vendors to provide direction and decisions on work items and ensure they are meeting terms of the SOW
- Creates standards, procedures, and design documents to ensure appropriate controls and consistency throughout the portfolio of applications
- Creates and maintains a detailed view of existing architecture
- Aligns ServiceNow platform capabilities to business strategy and ServiceNow roadmap
- Identifies opportunities to combine similar solution needs
- Stays current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies
- ServiceNow Certified Implementer, Developer, or Admin required
- Demonstrated experience with a wide range of applications on the ServiceNow platform
- 10+ years of technology experience
- 4 year college degree in information technology or equivalent experience
- Experience in a Windows Server environment
- Understanding of cloud technologies such as Amazon Web Services (IaaS) and SaaS, and Azure
- Scripting/automation experience
