Senior Workday HCM Consultant for our client in Chicago, IL Job Title: Senior Workday HCM Consultant Job Location: Chicago, IL Job Type: Contract Job Description:- Apart from core HCM, need strong recruiting experience to support Talent Optimization area.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience is required.
- Provide production support for Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent, Core HR and Compensation and Security areas.
- Assists HRIS team to maximize Workday’s capabilities.
- Expert-level knowledge of Workday custom report creation for metrics and dashboard reporting purposes.
- Assists with initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and productivity.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting Workday as a back-end administrator.
- Proficient in creation and maintenance of calculated fields.
- The ability to “Think outside of the box” and challenge Workday limitations.
- Ability to step into projects, gain the trust of stakeholders, set realistic deliverables and establish best practices.
- Led end-to-end implementation of Workday Recruiting Globally.
- Lead Design, workstream and Solutions Review sessions, while providing demonstrations and thoroughly documented requirements.
- Develop unique solutions to meet customer needs, leveraging current functionality to support various service delivery models.
- Develop unique recruiting configuration to support compliance regulations.
- Provide responsive support throughout End-to-End, User Acceptance, and Parallel Testing for HCM, Recruiting and Onboarding.
- Facilitate the execution of cut-over transactions and providing production support post go-live.
- Led optimization implementation of Workday Recruiting at a Global scale.
