In this dynamic environment, you ensure smooth product delivery and support change initiatives, marking a significant step in your career growth and innovation journey.As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in the Digital Content Management team for Chase.com, you are trusted with enabling the delivery of products in a stable and scalable way. Work with cross-function teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value. You will ensuring each request is completed by utilizing the producer work plan and execute at the highest level of quality, and efficiency. You will maintain a detailed understanding of the needs of the assigned group from the business and technical perspective, and assess customer impacts, create solutions, and ensure coordination and communication of impacts to key stakeholders.Job responsibilities

Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies

Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources

Responsible for project managing small development type updates/requests to all of the websites supported within the group

Liaise and advocate with product and development teams to ensure optimal authoring experience

Ensures work is completed within the SLAs, and when delays occur, they are documented and communicated to the requestor

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area

Demonstrated performance in either content management or relevant domain area

Demonstrated ability to execute requests with detailed precision

Demonstrated ability to multitask to coordinate multiple projects, facilitate meetings across business lines and vendors, and meets both scheduled and unscheduled deadlines

Demonstrated ability to work under minimum direction and uses independent judgment in decision-making

Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities

Experience in product deployment processes

Experience authoring within content management systems

Strong presentation/facilitation skills

Must work well in a geographically dispersed team environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Developed knowledge of the product development life cycle

Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and building with content fragments

Working knowledge of HTML

Foundational knowledge of accessibility/ADA requirements for websites
