The Regional Account Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and managing client relationships for Allied Universal's insurance claims services, specifically investigative and compliance offerings, within the workers' compensation, liability, auto, and property markets. This role requires a strategic approach to business development, strong relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of the insurance industry. This individual will play a pivotal role in expanding the customer base, maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with key clients, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meet or exceed designated sales targets for the assigned market; achieve or surpass territory sales goals, budgetary requirements, and productivity goals

Positively contribute to overall sales and revenue by successfully maintaining and growing key accounts

Deliver superior customer service to local claims offices and staff

Design and conduct effective client presentations and training sessions

Identofy new business opportunities and expand existing clients.

Engage in in-person sales calls with both existing and potential clients

Develop solid business relationships with key accounts in the assigned territory to enhance client retention and identify additional business opportunities

Act as an entrepreneurial force in the marketplace, contributing to the growth and expansion of the business

Stay actively involved in the insurance claims market by participating in associations, conferences, and other related organizations

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must possess one or more of the following:

College degree in a Business, Finance, Criminal Justice, or Marketing

High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of five (5) years of outside sales or Workers Comp (WC)/Auto/Liability/Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance experience

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in one or both of the following areas:

Outside sales in a Business-to-Business environment

Property and Casualty (P&C) / Workers Compensation (WC) Adjuster, Agent/Broker, or a Claims professional/manager/consultant with worker's comp or no-fault auto

Proficient in professionally conveying Allied Universal Compliance and Investigations' message to clients, potential clients, and other employees, demonstrating strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to leverage social media and professional networks (i.e., LinkedIn) to prospect and follow up with consistency

Self-starter with a detail-oriented approach, ensuring thoroughness in all tasks

Strong computer and analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as competence in Outlook 365

Ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines

Attention to detail for precision and accuracy, coupled with effective organizational skills

Ability to learn and proficiently use all required electronic tools and proprietary software

Ability to travel witin the assigned territory.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience as an adjuster, broker, paralegal or other Industry service provider

Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive sales environment.

Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and client needs.

Connections within the P&C Industry to enhance penetration within assigned market

Sales and/or technical experience in insurance and investigations, with essential skills for servicing existing accounts and developing new clients in the region
