- 2+ years experience in a front-office trading environment building low-latency systems using Core Java or C
- Network Programming
- Unix/Linux development
- Experience with exchange connectivity or order management.
- Experience with some subset of: Market Data, Order Management System, order entry, OMS, FIX, Algo Trading, Smart Router, SOR, DMA, OMS, and ITCH.
- If candidate is from a Java background, then strong "Core Java" development skills
- Computer science degree with 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
