Program Manager

Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with experience to support our Banking client within their Risk organization. This person will provide technical and business support for regulatory remediation and FY24 projects. The Project Manager will be dedicated to understanding the current state of the project, tracking project progression, and executing effective change management as needs arise. To be successful in this role candidates will need to have a background in banking, Risk, and proven experience leading transformative projects.Responsibilities: Facilitate and communicate project strategy, status, escalation of risks/issues/decisions to project stakeholders, and various levels of management across the organization in a clear and timely manner Present on progress to the PMO Drive project to meet business outcomes and create alignment across workstreams Build positive, cross-functional relationships Develop critical path of key activities via work breakdown structures, manages detailed work and resource plans, schedules, project estimates Maintains effective change management as business needs evolve Identify risks, dependencies and issues across the project Develop mitigation strategies and coordinate mitigation actions to meet the broader organization goals, milestones and objectivesWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
