Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Presentation Specialist in the bustling city of Chicago, Illinois. The chosen candidate will join our team, playing a vital role in our operations by handling tasks related to Microsoft Office Suite, managing client interactions, and enhancing the skills of other presentation specialists.Responsibilities Take charge of creating pitch books, presentations, and assorted documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Efficiently handle work and instructions received from clients, ensuring adherence to established procedures. Support other Presentation Specialists in advancing their skills and learning new shortcuts. Execute all reprographic tasks as requested by the DTP team and the client, demonstrating the ability to work with minimal supervision. Conduct Quality Assurance on your own work as well as that of others in the team. Exhibit excellent organizational skills, managing deadlines effectively in a dynamic environment. Engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and multi-functional teams. Maintain a keen eye for detail, particularly in terms of office functions and procedures. Requirements Proficiency in Office Functions to ensure smooth operation of daily activities Mastery of Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis Familiarity with Procedures to ensure compliance with company policies Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word for document creation and editing Experience in Supervising to effectively manage a team Skilled in creating and delivering Presentations to various audiences Understanding of Hiring Processes to assist in recruitment and onboarding Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating engaging presentations Ability to perform system Upgrades as needed Experience in Quality Assurance to maintain high standards of work Knowledge of Perks to effectively communicate company benefits Ability to handle Multi-Functional roles as required Experience in creating Pitch Books for business proposals Strong Organizational Skills to manage tasks efficiently Proficiency in Photocopying/Scanning Documents for office administration purposes Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
