Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Presentation Specialist in the bustling city of Chicago, Illinois. The chosen candidate will join our team, playing a vital role in our operations by handling tasks related to Microsoft Office Suite, managing client interactions, and enhancing the skills of other presentation specialists.Responsibilities Take charge of creating pitch books, presentations, and assorted documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Efficiently handle work and instructions received from clients, ensuring adherence to established procedures. Support other Presentation Specialists in advancing their skills and learning new shortcuts. Execute all reprographic tasks as requested by the DTP team and the client, demonstrating the ability to work with minimal supervision. Conduct Quality Assurance on your own work as well as that of others in the team. Exhibit excellent organizational skills, managing deadlines effectively in a dynamic environment. Engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and multi-functional teams. Maintain a keen eye for detail, particularly in terms of office functions and procedures.
