This role is a 12 month, remote contract that has the possibility to turn into full time.               In this role you can expect to:Analyze and interpret people data to provide insights that drive HR strategy and decision-making.Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights.Use data visualization tools to create reports that communicate key insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track workforce trends and performance indicators in One Model
