Own and manage a portfolio of top partners; focus on growing their business, improving their operations and making them advocates
Assist with expansions, rollouts, and new partner initiatives to drive growth
Set and track account KPI targets, weekly, monthly, and quarterly in a MBR, QBR context
Work cross functionally with internal teams to identify and drive growth opportunities
Engage with your portfolio to understand opportunities for our product team to build better features and products
Act as the partner's point of contact handling inquiries, resolving conflicts, and providing solutions in a timely manner
Lead cross-functional improvements in order to ensure we have the best customer experience in the industry
Collaborate with leadership to set organizational strategy, and rapidly execute against it.
Travel up to 20% per quarter surrounding recurring Business Reviews / Partner syncs as needed
Basic Qualifications
4+ years experience in customer success or account/partner management
2+ years of strategic relationship management experience
Knowledge of CRM software like Salesforce (or related software)
BA/BS Degree
Preferred Qualifications
Previous restaurant, retail, last mile logistics, and or RX delivery experience
Strong attention to detail, organized, and analytical; with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Tableau and Salesforce experience
Someone who thrives in a fast past, quickly evolving environment
Experience with developing Growth + Operational initiatives
Strong use of insights and data-driven decision making to inform the sales process
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, quickly evolving environment
Experience managing large enterprise accounts
Highly creative; passion to change and revolutionize the delivery industry
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$99,000 per year - USD$110,000 per year. For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$99,000 per year - USD$110,000 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$110,000 per year - USD$122,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$110,000 per year - USD$122,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
