Description Robert Half is partnering with a highly respected litigation firm. They are growing their team and are looking for a sharp, driven Litigation Paralegal to work with top partners on many high-profile cases in their Chicago office.Responsibilities:
Managing the litigation process and related documents
Preparing for, and responding to, discovery requests
Contact with clients and preparing for trials
Producing special summaries, reviews, and memos
Organizing and requesting medical records
A working knowledge of Federal and State electronic filing procedures
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of related experience
Knowledge of document filing in Cook County and the collar counties, ability to answer discovery inquiries, and experience in ordering medical records
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, encompassing Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
