Assist attorney with a variety of case tasks
Data base management of all relevant documents
Research and analysis of complex legal documents
Ability to effectively prioritize and organize a substantial amount of work Requirements - Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
Strong understanding of spreadsheets and word processing is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset
Willing and able to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing
Detailed, accurate, and an ability to handle confidential information
E-file experience
Proficiency in Personal Injury Law
Proven knowledge of Spanish Language
Personal injury plaintiffs experience
Well-founded grasp of Spanish Translation
Comprehensive knowledge of Personal Injury Litigation
e-Filing experience
