Job Title: Validation ScientistJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Validation Scientist to join our core laboratory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for validating new Sysmex analyzers and corresponding LIS software, ensuring that all validation processes and instrumentation support are conducted efficiently and accurately.Responsibilities

Validate new Sysmex hematology test systems and corresponding LIS software.

Collaborate with equipment manufacturers to complete required validation for new instruments.

Write standard operating procedures in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and quality systems.

Conduct testing of dry and wet validation samples.

Essential Skills

5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Medical Technology or a related field.

Experience with Sysmex equipment and validation processes.

Certification as a Medical Lab Scientist (MLS) or Medical Lab Technician (MT).

Experience in hematology.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with automation line integration.

Experience in SOP/technical writing.

Experience in both hematology and chemistry.

Strong communication skills.

Attention to detail.

Critical thinking abilities.

Teamwork and collaboration skills.

Effective time management.

Ability to adapt to changing environments.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
