To be successful, in the true sense of Agile and Product management the TPM should be empowered to influence and challenge stakeholders as vital to mitigate biases and ensure the most appropriate, efficient, and optimal solution is delivered to solve the business and end users' challenges.Responsibilities include developing technology product roadmaps and prioritizing backlogs, deeply understanding the business goals challenges including end user needs. They apply deep product domain knowledge, partners closely with the business, senior technical product management team, technical and delivery teams as needed to ensure value delivery.This position reports to the Sr. Technology Product Manager.Responsibilities & Accountabilities:Product Strategy and Roadmap definitionManages or supports a technology product, and/or suite of products with business impact.Works with business partners to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals, market trends, and customer feedback.Partners with business leaders, delivery teams, and / or architects to determine the long-term viability of systems/products, from business and technology standpoints.Requirement Gathering and PrioritizationWork closely with business stakeholders to influence, gather requirements and prioritize feature development.Translate customer needs and market demands into clear, actionable technical product requirements.Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborates with technical product managers to impact organization or innovate a key domain.Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, design, quality assurance, and operations.Ensure alignment on product priorities, timelines, and results across teams.Feature Development and Release ManagementLead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch. Work with engineering teams to define product specifications, lead all aspects of development sprints, conduct product reviews, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality releases.Brings up risks and/or issues that might be impacting the team. Proactively identify gaps and opportunities (e.g., services, workflows, tooling) within or between markets and other parts of the organization.User Experience (UX) DesignCollaborate with UX/UI designers (as needed) to create intuitive and user-friendly product interfaces. Ensure that the product design meets usability standards and aligns with the overall product vision and brand identityMarket and Competitive IntelligenceStay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and standard methodologies used in the industry. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to find opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.Data-Driven Problem-Solving Decision MakingDecomposes complex problems into straight-forward solutions. The expected salary range for this role is $129,800.00 - $165,490.00 per year
