- 3-5 years’ experience in a Technical Lead role for a team of developers
- Expert competency in JavaScript, experienced with ES8 or later
- Expert competency with CSS, HTML, and front-end concepts
- Expert competency with the React JS library
- High understanding of core concepts and design principles with React
- Competency with Redux and its core concepts and design principles
- Experience with supporting JavaScript libraries such as babel, webpack, etc.
- Expert competency with NodeJS and ExpressJS
- Expert competency with git source control
- Familiarity with the gitflow workflow
- Familiarity with MongoDB
- Familiarity with Azure PaaS Solutions, particularly Azure Web Apps, Azure Functions
- Familiarity with Azure
