Intellectual Property, Advisory Internship - Summer 2026 (Ocean Tomo, a part of J.S. Held)

We are currently seeking an IP Advisory Intern for Summer 2026. The internship will focus on helping the IP Advisory team conduct patent and M&A transactions, as well as financing for law firms and operating company clients. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of the Intellectual property, but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks. This section is to include specific detail about the programs/initiatives the selected candidate will be part of.
