You will oversee all inbound and outbound data flows, including load tenders, milestones, GPS data, and other critical information across multiple transport modes (road, ocean, rail, air).Key responsibilities:Coordinate multiple integration projects with carriers, partners, and customerDesign technical interfaces and oversee their implementation with the development teamInnovate and refine processes to improve the quality, speed, and automation of technical integrationsDevelop, write, and maintain technical documentation and support materials for internal teamsProvide technical support and troubleshoot incidents as neededMonitor production integrations using KPIs and dashboardsServe as a technical expert to ensure the success of our customers
