As a member of Eataly’s IT Team, an IT Specialist is responsible for catering to the technical needs of the Store. The IT Specialist’s main areas of focus are implementation, monitoring and maintenance of IT assets. Reports to IT Technical Support Lead.The role is can be part- or full-time, and is onsite at Eataly Chicago.Understands support problems, analyzes problem data and determines appropriate solutionsProvides first-level support to customer service requests in a timely and accurate mannerEscalates complex support requests to relevant IT staffs for resolutionsEnsures standard operating procedures are followed and meets service level agreementsAssists in development and enhancement of IT systems, analyzes system issues and provide resolutionsAssess potential risks and technical challenges and prepare appropriate mitigation plansPerforms other duties as assigned
