- Work with Business Leads to define business problems
- Work with Business Leads and SME's to document business rules, business requirements, process flows, user stories and other project artifacts
- Identify system gaps
- Assist QA team with development of test scenarios and expected results
- Assist with the development and validation of training materials
- Prepare and help deliver business process workshops and design sessions
- Complete activities and deliverables per project plan
- Help track completion of system gaps
- Recommend solutions to the business in the capacity of a trusted advisor
- Understand dependencies with other systems
- Strong ERP project experience and knowledge
- 'Strong ERP or large application project experience and knowledge' otherwise it is fine
- Ability to lead meetings, including preparation, agenda, execution, notes, follow-up
- Ability to gather and document business, functional or data conversion requirements
- Experience creating process flow diagrams using Visio
- Experience supporting development of test cases and training material
- 3-7 years of experience as a BA
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Proficient in standard Microsoft Office tools
- Fortune 500-1000 companies
- Wholesale Distribution industry experience
