Support, maintain, and grow alliance relationships with Salesforce, including senior stakeholders, and align with the global multi-cloud strategy
Develop and execute a North America Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy alongside Salesforce experts and marketing
Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Unit leaders, sales, marketing, and technical teams to establish strategic growth plans and create new pipeline opportunities
Align with EPAM solution experts to develop innovative offerings and drive growth at key accounts
Define and meet KPIs for partner program requirements and joint business plans, including influenced partner revenue
Track successes, initiate joint customer stories, and represent EPAM at partner events
Understand and manage partner deal registration and evaluation processes
Present yearly and quarterly plans and results to EPAM senior leadership and conduct QBRs with Salesforce
Requirements
10+ years in enterprise technology and channel space, with 7+ years in Sales and/or Alliances experience in the cloud sector, specifically with Salesforce as a partner
Experience in Global Solution Integration (GSI) sales environments and deep understanding of the Salesforce partner landscape
Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship management skills
Proven ability to drive business development, pipeline growth, and strategic initiatives
Flexible, proactive team-player attitude with a focus on collaboration and outcomes
Strong understanding of marketing, business development, and partner ecosystems
