Controller/accounting functionality knowledge: Risk management, financial reporting, budgeting, internal controls, payroll, cash flow management, revenue cycling, etc. Experience overseeing accounting and analytical resources - process improvements, performance reviews, etc. US GAAP - ability to implement ongoing updates. Financial information systems expert - Oracle Hyperion, SmartView, Blackline, Lawson, or similar applications/tools.
