OverviewWe are seeking a talented, dynamic digital marketing leader to grow and support the agency’s paid digital and social media offerings.  This role requires a creative problem solver with a highly entrepreneurial spirit, an analytical mindset, and someone who will lead with digital-first strategies and data-driven decisions.This role requires mastery of planning and implementing measurable, intentional programs across key organic and paid digital marketing channels within the digital and social marketing ecosystem. They stay ahead of digital trends and technology, present confidently in client meetings and new business pitches, and bring proven, results-oriented strategies to the table, always thinking innovatively and commercially.Salary Range: 90,000 - 110,000Responsibilities  Create and implement overall digital marketing strategies, leveraging research and analyzing data to generate strategic plans and insights aligned with overall business goals, ensuring unity between all digital channels.  Concept, build, and oversee multiple digital media programs, including e-commerce strategies, PPC campaigns, SEO strategies, CRM integrations, native, programmatic, sponsored content, paid and organic social media programs, and email marketing/inbound programs, from client discovery through optimization and reporting.  Manage client relationships on a regular basis and deliver great business outcomes Provide client introductions to digital media opportunities and guidance in the media buying space.  Participate in and lead client presentations and new business pitches as the digital marketing expert, speaking with a high level of digital knowledge and experience; communicating how plans will translate into meeting or exceeding the desired business outcomes.  Manage and grow the digital department through organic and new client growth.  Own the digital planning and digital media buying processes with internal team members and media partners, including reviewing performance dashboards, data processes, KPIs, speaking to results, and making data-driven recommendations.  Vet and make recommendations for new vendors.  Keep a pulse on the digital and social landscape, recommending new ideas, growth opportunities, and strategies to internal teams, media partners, and clients.  Lead teams in creating quarterly, weekly, and monthly, reporting of project status/results; analyze data and provide sound insights on plans and ideas for change/optimization moving forward. Track and report KPIs across digital platforms to ensure return on investment is achieved, and that our teams are making informed decisions.  Other duties as assigned.
