The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) will be part of McDonald’s Global Talent Attraction team. Specifically helping Talent Attraction deliver exceptional experience to both internal and external candidates as well as our internal customers.Responsibilities:Scheduling of high-volume interviews and meetings via Outlook and other ATS technologiesComing onsite to help provide final candidates an office tour Coordinating candidate travelRecruitment support of administrative tasks such as offer generation, positing on paid job boardsAdding new vendors to our system or updating contractsProviding general administrative support to the Talent Attraction teamParticipating in various projects on an as-needed basisCreating strong partnerships within the TA team and other internal departmentsImplement first class experience for all candidates
The expected salary range for this role is $25 – $25 HR
