McDonald’s is seeking an expert hands-on Contract Corporate Recruiter to join our Global Talent team for a 6 month long contract. In this role, you will be supporting the McDonald’s Global Business Services, Global People, and Global Finance. You will report to the Talent Attraction Manager and collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization. Responsibilities:Partner with hiring managers in developing recruitment strategies for current and future staffing needs primarily at the manager level and aboveImplement necessary sourcing strategies to include a variety of methods of attracting top talentSelect and qualify candidates based upon skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based approach and screening criteriaProvide exceptional candidate care and ensure that candidates are effectively pre-screened before inclusion into the recruitment processMaintain best practices throughout the client interview process by providing interview and assessment skills coaching and updatesBuild business relationships with key Client Groups, candidates, and HR Business PartnersResearch and recommend competitive compensation packages in partnership with the hiring managers and HRBPsPossible oversight of a Jr. Recruiter and / or Candidate Experience CoordinatorPossible engagement on recruiting projects; such as an ATS implementation or new technologyResponsible for pulling reports and abiding to metrics and SLAsBenefits eligible: No
