What you get to do in this role:Lead the market analysis process and recommend changes to the salary structure and equity programsUse quantitative and qualitative analysis identify problems, develop hypotheses and recommend solutions to compensation programs and processesProvide support on compensation projects including but not limited to - compensation policies and practices, compensation content delivery and refresh. Special projects could come up from time to time and require this role to be part of those projectsSupport the business groups in modeling of business specific variable pay designPlay a key role in the execution of semi-annual bonus program and pay planning cyclesSupport and provide proactive guidance to monitor and maintain our competitive positioning, balancing internal equity and external competitivenessPartner closely with the recruiting organization in the analysis of offers to ensure sound, compelling and attractive offers are extended to secure the necessary talent to scale us to our projected growth in this challenging marketMonitor external trends and recommend required changes to ensure compliance with global pay regulationsWork with HR systems team to implement and test systems changesSupport the development of compelling compensation trainingsPartner with cross functional teams to develop dashboards and analytic models to provide business insights and interpret market or internal trends
