Business Analyst

Description We are in search of a meticulous Business Analyst to join our team in the non-profit sector, situated in Chicago, Illinois. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in performing QA testing activities, operating independently, and delivering high-quality written and verbal communication. Responsibilities Analyze and interpret complex data to assist in decision making Conduct manual QA testing around regression and UAT testing activities Utilize JIRA or similar tools for tracking test cases and defects Coordinate with both onshore development teams and business teams Operate within an Agile environment, leveraging methodologies such as Kanban Apply strong skills around requirements and QA/testing documentation Perform Business Analyst and QA duties for Web and Mobile (iOS and Android) applications Utilize skills in Atlassian Jira, Database, EO/IR systems, Gap Analysis, Informatica, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Business Process Functions, Business Requirement Document, Design, Detailed Business Requirements, Manual Testing Be proactive and self-driven in all tasks and responsibilities.Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Non-Profit sector Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking Demonstrated understanding and experience in managing databases Proficient in conducting Gap Analysis to improve business processes Familiarity with Informatica tools for data integration Experience in AB Testing for improving user experience Understanding of Agile Scrum methodology and its application in project management Knowledge of Business Process Functions and their role in organizational efficiency Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents Strong skills in Design and visualization of business processes Experience in writing Detailed Business Requirements for project implementation Proficiency in Manual Testing of software or system changes.Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
