You will be involved in collaboration between teams of experts and projects across multiple industries and geographic regions, helping address the immediate challenges our clients face today while preparing for their future needs.As a Building Consulting Intern, you will work with a team of experts to establish a long-term career here. Job Responsbilities:

Gain experience working directly with clients and project representatives (adjusters, brokers, insureds, etc.).

During necessary site visits y ou will obtain related project documents including photos and notes.

Assist with field inspections and necessary site visits to evaluate the scope of work/damage.

Understand the cost of multiple projects to produce detailed estimation of costs.

Assist in estimates of medium to large commercial and residential projects using Xactimate.

Required Qualifications:

Currently a Junior or Senior p ursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management or a related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0 in both your major and overall.

Proficient in general computer skills as well as Microsoft office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Reliable transportation to the office and any regional travel that may be necessary.

General construction experience is a major plus!
