Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative in Chicago, Illinois. As a part of our team, you will be a crucial element in supporting the Producer Services contact center, managing customer interactions through both calls and emails in a high-volume environment.Responsibilities Serve customers efficiently by managing incoming calls and emails. Ensure a superior customer experience by handling caller requests accurately and professionally. Establish a quick rapport with customers, identifying and exceeding their expectations. Navigate multiple systems and applications to research, analyze and resolve customer inquiries. Uphold performance and quality standards for customer service. Make informed decisions and solve problems while maintaining a positive phone interaction. Learn and understand the basic concepts of personal lines insurance principles and the products we offer. Collaborate with team members and business partners to ensure a positive customer experience. Be willing to work on a flexible schedule, including potential overtime and weekend hours. Handle special requests and complete additional tasks as needed.
