Expands and applies knowledge of customer process to job activities. Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.This role is mainly on-site at our Chase Tower location. No relocation is available (your resume/application must state you are in the Chicago area).Primary Duties

As directed, perform and document work activities related to analysis, evaluation, building, testing, or implementing planned IT software solutions and processes and/or enhance, maintain or support existing products/processes as per defined services level agreements. (65%)

Acquire and apply business/IT knowledge. (15%)

Organize own activities for short term or sub-project/components under the direction of experienced personnel and reports on status. (10%)

Gain product experience and technical skills through assigned role and training. (5%)

Ensure adherence to standards as outlined in the management model. Utilize best practices to improve products and services. (5%)

Job Scope

Performs this service in support of (Tech Ops Client Services).

Works under direct supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.

Extended experience in support and managing PC Refresh at an enterprise level.

Extended experience proving high level support to C-Suite executives.

Minimum Qualifications

Typically 0-2 years experience in related experience in Information Technology.

Appropriate technical skills (ServiceNow, SCCM, Active Directory, O365, Windows 11).

Ability to understand and communicate customer issues.

Ability to work independently.

Ability to work with remote project teams.

Strong problem solving and analysis ability.

Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred

Annual salary will vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors:USD $72,800.00/Yr. - USD $109,200.00/Yr.
