WHAT DOES AN ACCOUNT SUPERVISOR, MARKET ACCESS DO?The Account Supervisor, Market Access at EVERSANA INTOUCH serves as a pivotal day-to-day contact for clients and agency partners, orchestrating the planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns for various brands and products. This role is integral to the strategic development process, ensuring the execution of brand plans and associated tactics. The Account Supervisor collaborates closely with internal departments such as Analytics, Strategic Planning, UX, Creative, and Social Media, overseeing projects from briefing to final delivery. They align with the PMO to track project timelines and milestones, keeping clients informed of any changes. With a deep understanding of marketing strategies, web metrics, and research, the Account Supervisor provides strategic and tactical digital marketing recommendations. They manage client presentations, campaign results, and external relationships, while also developing SOWs, overseeing budgets, and ensuring all project facets align with set goals. This role is essential in cultivating strong client relationships and driving effective market access solutions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Demonstrates acumen in strategic development process to execute brand plan and associated tactics. Works closely with all agency internal departments at EVERSANA INTOUCH, including Analytics, Strategic Planning, UX, Creative and Social Media; managing and overseeing projects from briefing through final delivery. Ensures agency team has clear expectations and is collaborating effectively. Aligns closely with PMO to ensure all facets of the projects are tracking against set out timelines and milestones and keeps client abreast of any anticipated changes. The Account Supervisor possesses a keen understanding of marketing strategies, web metrics, research, and other data to assist in client strategic and tactical digital marketing recommendations based on knowledge of the brands they work on along with other senior-level account staff and cross-functional teams Creation and oversight of client presentation campaign results, POVs, and research findings with support of the appropriate SME teams. Oversight of external relationships, 3rdparty partners on behalf of both the client and agency The Account Supervisor should be comfortable with participation in crafting marketing strategies, brand and tactical plans/recommendations for clients focused on engaging both traditional market access stakeholders (health plans, pharmacy benefit management companies, integrated delivery networks) as well as HCP/patient initiatives which address access and reimbursement considerations. Adept in researching services and solutions and collaborating with EVERSANA INTOUCH departments and agency partners to continuously develop the integrated solutions offering from EVERSANA INTOUCH based on client brand needs and navigating market dynamics. Works closely with Account Services team to cultivate strong client relationships and work to grow existing account via effective market access solutions. Responsible to develop SOWs and oversee budget creation/costs for respective client brands Develops monthly project forecasts aligned to SOW/PO for client and internal agency Ensures all budget line items are tracking and managed within target goals and objectives set forth in SOW/project briefs. Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
