- 2+ years of experience as a lead desktop technician
- Extensive knowledge of enterprise class desktop software such as Windows, MAC OS
- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and group policies
- Highly developed analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems using a methodical systemic approach
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Apple ACMT Certification
- Knowledge and demonstrated use of scripting.
- Experience with video conferencing such as Polycom, Business Skype
- Experience with cloud base applications such as Microsoft 0365, Cornerstone, Azure
- Work in a multi-disciplinary team to provide day to day technology production support and support for technology projects
- Production support to include problems resolution, technology moves, new user's configuration, hardware, build and operate functions, operating systems, application support, desktops/laptops roll-outs, id administration, etc.
- Provide shift cover from Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm. The nature of the business means there can be times throughout the year when weekend and night work is required
- Provide exceptional communication, organization/planning, interpersonal, and customer service, support and response skills
