- Associates Degree in Information Systems Technology field or in progress; or equivalent end user technical experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of technical customer support experience with proven leadership skills
- Working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Mac Operating systems. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook) required.
- Strong PC/Hardware maintenance and repair skills required with Microsoft and Apple certifications preferred.
- Must have above average PC, Mac, telephony, and network skills.
- 70% Computer image, set up and deployment
- Image and configure new equipment
- Deploy and conduct onsite setup of equipment.
- Perform data migration, map network drives, and configure other network devices
- Remove expired leased equipment
- Assist with scheduling of deployments
- 20% Customer service relations
- Troubleshoot hardware issues relating to leased equipment
- Answer billing questions and general Leasing inquiries via ServiceNow
- Assist users on how to order through ServiceNow
- Communicate technical information to potential non-technical users.
- 10% Assist with the data destruction and preparation of equipment for recycling
- Follow procedures to ensure information is properly destroyed
- Facilitate the process of hardware repairs
- Other duties as assigned.
