We are seeking a skilled Drafter to join our team. As a Drafter, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans using various software programs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for design and a strong attention to detail.
This is a fast-growing company with nationwide clients so having a great attitude and being able to hit the ground running is important. We expect any architectural designer to be able to make decisions and work well with supporting staff. Compensation is based on experience. Our work consists of commercial, retail, and restaurants both free-standing and interior build-outs.
Responsibilities:
-Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers to create accurate and detailed technical drawings
-You will be working on a variety of projects - In a single day, you could be working on anything and everything from preliminary designs or construction documents to reviewing design packages, etc
-Make revisions to drawings as necessary based on feedback from team members or clients
-Maintain organized files and documentation of all drawings
Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Architecture
-3-5 years experience
-Proven experience working as a Drafter or in a similar role
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements
