Job Description: As a Part-Time Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in supporting our agency's day-to-day activities. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting clients with their insurance needs and inquiries in both English and Spanish.
Processing policy changes, payments, and claims.
Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
Managing and organizing office tasks and documentation.
Supporting the agent with various administrative duties.
Qualifications:
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
