I have just purchased my very first bar, but not first retail business. This is a very small, very clean, very updated bar, with small dining options in front of house. Bar seats 10-15 with 6-8 tables in the front. Three new gaming machines, new ATM. Completely remodeled, updated, social friendly atmosphere.
I am seeking the “dream team” to manage the day to day, help with fun promos/events (the office trivia, sports trivia, beer pong, whatever). I want the atmosphere to be 100% focused on the customer, building friendships, making EVERYONE money, and being open minded. Have an idea to give away some free beers now and then ?! I’m in.
Have a fun idea to bring people in the door but it would require us spending some money?! Who cares?! Let’s have fun, let’s be the best.
I’m not even going to insult the crew (who make all of the money by the way) with small hourly pay and split tips and short shifts. Nope. Not me. I’m willing to pay the best to hire the best, and treat the team the best to KEEP the best.

Seriously, I want the best. You can’t just be attractive, or the most skilled.
I want smart employees, who are social, motivated, thick skinned, sassy, classy, and who can HELP OUR TEAM be the best around.
