Role Overview: We are seeking a full-time Luxury Door Staff Supervisor/Team Lead to oversee our door staff and front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the door staff/front desk team
- Maintain a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the building entrance
-Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently met or exceeded
- Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously
- Train and mentor door staff/front desk employees to uphold high service standards
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement operational procedures
- Address any security or safety issues promptly and effectively
- Assist with scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in a luxury residential setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Proficiency in handling difficult situations and resolving conflicts
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Knowledge of basic security protocols and emergency procedures
- Familiarity with computer systems and basic office software
- Reliable mode of personal transportation
