Long established manufacturing/distribution company in Elk Grove Village seeks full/part time General Office/Customer Service person. Process customer orders obtained by phone/fax/email, fill out customer forms/price quotes, coordination of delivery, handle/resolve customer issues, follow up on inquiries, raise invoices, answer main telephone lines promptly and professionally. Perform other duties such as accounts receivable. Maintain office machines, such as stocking with paper, replacing toner/drums, ordering services, ordering supplies, etc.

Minimum Qualifications:
Two or more years of general office, customer service experience to demonstrate the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the duties.
Must have advanced knowledge of a variety of office practices and procedures, such as use of office equipment and Microsoft Office software (Excel familiarity preferred); Quickbooks knowledge is an advantage and will be trained on custom accounting software.
