Job Description:
State Farm office in the Jefferson Park neighborhood of Chicago is looking for a reliable, confident, hard-working individual who would like to develop a career in the insurance industry.
Daily Activities:
Assist current customers with policy changes
Assist current customers with making payments and explaining bills
Provide incoming callers with pricing information on Auto, Home, and Life insurance products
Assist existing customers with coverage reviews and make appropriate recommendations.
Develop relationships with clients.
Act as a liaison between various State Farm departments and the client.
