What You’ll Do:
Serve as the main point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service via phone, email, and chat.
Assist with order processing, delivery coordination, and product inquiries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing timely solutions and support.
Collaborate with internal teams, including production and sales, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Learn about the flexographic and corrugated box industry to effectively address customer needs.
