CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

JBS Logistics is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Warehouse team in Bolingbrook, IL.

Location: 333 Gibraltar Dr., Bolingbrook IL, 60440

Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM

The Job

The CSR - Warehouse is responsible for managing our customer's inventory flow, including processing receivers, shipping orders, return authorizations, etc.

Interact with customers by phone, email, or in person and receive orders or changes in service.

Maintain a good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries and complaints concerning receipts, invoices, shipments, inventory counts, etc., in a courteous and efficient manner.

Report customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction.

Act as liaison between the customer and the billing department when required, regarding invoice discrepancies.

Work with the transportation department regarding routing for customers.

May have to complete quality checks of orders.

Dedication and reliability are required for this job.

We're seeking an outgoing individual with a strong work ethic who enjoys problem-solving and interacting with customers in a respectful manner.

One to two years' experience working in a customer service position and office environment required.

Previous experience in warehouse/distribution highly preferred.

Excellent computer and communication skills.

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Able to work under pressure, deal with difficult issues, and sense of urgency.

Self-motivated with high degree of integrity.

Strong team player - your drive and leadership will enable success for the team.

College or military experience (preferred).
