Customer Service Representative
Location: Wauconda, IL
Pay: $23.00 hour (Increase once hired)
Shift: 7:30 am – 4:30 pm
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely, efficient, and professional support via phone, fax, and email. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax in a professional and friendly manner
Maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication
Process orders, data entry, and research order-related issues (ETA updates, shortages, damages, cancellations, delivery concerns, etc.)
Assist customers with returns and resolve issues efficiently
Perform light reporting tasks using MS Excel
Handle other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service, call center, or data entry experience preferred
Strong typing skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Flexibility to adjust shifts as needed
