Vice President of Strategic Business

Oversees multiple on-site locations. Responsible for maximizing sales revenues of each location. Reviews Profit and Loss statements and generates revenue forecasts and operating budgets. Leads Quarterly Business Reviews with the client. Responsible for developing recruiting strategies and incentives. Interviews, hires, trains, schedules, and assigns the work of each direct report. Resolves grievances, sets pay rates, supervises the day-to-day operations of all on-site managers and coordinators. Responsible for disciplinary action and termination of employees, if warranted. Maintains relationship with the clients by filling all job orders and providing quality performance by employees in support of the client’s business. Position involved 100% travel to multiple on-site locations. Applicant must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Logistics, or related field, plus two (2) years experience in the job offered or closely related position. Stated experience must include experience in production/manufacturing experience in production/manufacturing environment, scheduling for a time sensitive production facility, management of multiple locations and clients.
