Residential Painting Intern/Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive assistant to join our very early stage startup residential painting company. As an Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company by managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and assisting with various projects and assignments. Not only will you be running day to day tasks but you will be a vital player in building the business all together.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks, including email correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining files and records.

- Coordinate and schedule appointments with leads.

- Conduct research and gather information to support decision-making processes.

- Assist in the organization and coordination of events & meetings.

- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with utmost professionalism.

- Collaborate with different departments such as subcontractors, clients, owner, & vendors to ensure efficient communication and coordination.

- Provide general support to the owner as needed.

- Create and maintain social media presence.

- Be the technical side of the business.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an assistant or in a similar administrative role.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

-Extroverted & very comfortable talking to new people constantly.

- Workflow using systems & efficiency.

- Proficient in using or ability to learn productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google (Google Ads), Facebook (Facebook Ads), & Instagram.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

- Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
