Job duties are not limited to but will include:
Review and post daily bank activity, A/P, and P/O batches
creating and entering or posting month end closing journal entries
reconciliations
preparing documentation for the annual tax return and review by the outside CPA firm
ACH, wire, and check payments
multi-state sales tax
other projects
Requirements:
> Excel proficiency
> ERP experience, Sage 100 preferred
> Experience with inventory
> Bachelor’s degree in accounting
> 1-2 years as a Staff Accountant
